Letting management

On behalf of our clients we are in charge of the total letting process. We maintain contact with the existing contractual parties and maintain contacts with involved  contracting parties (tenants and/or lessors) and discuss matters with prospective tenants or real estate agents. We know our (real estate) business nationwide per level and per segment (residential, retail, offices, logistics and industrial) and are in sync with the current price-setting and promotional activities.

Housing and real estate policy

Developing housing and real estate strategies whereby real estate developments and clients’ wishes are checked for their functionality, efficiency and financial sustainability. Long-term development and the needs of the client and/or end user are always the main objective.

Portfolio-analyses

We can advise you when making important decisions regarding your investment in an existing real estate portfolio. We check whether the portfolio is interesting with respect to the current market, what an object will contribute to the portfolio and if there is a balance between the short-term and long-term strategy of your company and/or the strategic management of the stakeholders. We calculate your expected portfolio cash flow compared to your real estate strategy, the contract and market circumstances.

Acquisition and sale advice

We can advise you when purchasing or selling real estate properties, as well as (large) portfolios. We check the available purchase project information and relevant market details or put the information together in a purchase process. We can advise our clients during this whole process. From negotiation and due diligence, up to the actual purchase and delivery of a property.

Drawing up financial models for investment decisions regarding a real estate object or portfolio. Coordinating and assessing valuations for finance, sale, purchase or WOZ (real estate valuation act). Also consulting with financial institutions is part of our service.
